12-Month Tenancy Protection

We stand by our application process, and when we say a tenant is wanting to sign a 12-month lease, we mean it. If something happens and the tenant doesn't stay for the full 12 months due to eviction, we will quickly place a new tenant in the property at no cost to you. 

We'll personally cover all marketing costs, including application processing, marketing materials, MLS and website payments, agent commission, the whole nine yards.

24-Hour Response
